Why choose CAD
Law No. 213 of 25.07.2000, gives customs agents new powers. In particular, can asseverate verification that the data contained in customs declarations submitted with the documents on which they are based. Can also asseverate compliance of the data shown in the summary lists of sales and purchases within the Community.
The tax authorities, when carrying out the verification checks, accepts, in principle, the data have been sworn by customs agents. This means that controls the Financial Administration as the site will not individual companies but will be held at the Chambers of customs agents. Furthermore, the latter may be the proprietor of a Customs Assistance Center (DAC), in place for the conduct of customs operations (specified in the simplified procedures) even in places, stores or warehouses of persons on whose behalf from time to time they operate.
The CAD operational tasks assigned to each current legislation are:
- Representation before the offices of financial administration.
- With the financial administration of the special stamp in accordance with Annex 62 of IPC (reg2454/93) to be used for the certification of documents issued.
- Admitted to the simplified procedures provided for in Article 76 of the Community Customs Code.
- Receivers authorized goods in transit Community
Currently CAD are the only facilities authorized sending computerized data through digital signature (customs declarations, manifestos, Intrastat)
